Welcome

I am Juli, a voice coach, author, and mother of five children. I created this blog after caring for my youngest son, Robert, for 18 years while he battled a rare mitochondrial disease. Because I found there were very few resources for me as a caregiver, I committed myself to changing the often lonely caregiving journey by providing resources and facilitating conversations about the raw truths, harsh realities and unexpected joys that come with accepting the caregivers' call.

If you are a caregiver, parent, or know and love someone with a disability, I hope you find inspiration, hope, understanding, and community on my blog.
